Keep Calm and Fuck the Scale

This is a weird one. On one hand, I totally agree. I couldn’t care less what I actually weigh. I care more about what I look like and how I feel. On the other hand, what I look like and how I feel are directly proportional to the number on the scale.

Talk about a double edge sword.
