Day 3 – 232.0 (+ 0.5 lbs)
Kind of irritated today… didn’t eat any carbs yesterday and I didn’t drop so much as half a pound. So, I figure one of two things have happened… either hidden carbs (which I kind of doubt) or some fat is finally turning into muscle from all the lifting, running and swimming I’ve been doing. In any case, it’s completely irritating to be 3 days in and actually be ABOVE where I started, but I’ll stick to it.
Went to breakfast this AM and had a couple of eggs, corned beef hash (without potatoes) and a diet coke. In other news, it’s raining and cold… would prefer snow to this crap.
