The Last Supper
Talk about a terrible day of eating. It’s REALLY time to kick things into high gear. I legit need to lose some SERIOUS weight. I’m talking 70 – 100 lbs. Ugh. Well, Thanksgiving is tomorrow… I’m not starting a ‘diet’ or new lifestyle that day but Friday… here I come.
Yesterday (Tuesday) was NOT a good day from an eating and drinking perspective. It’s days like this, why I’m in the situation I’m in.
Breakfast
- McDonalds – 3x Sausage McMuffins, 2x Hash Browns, Large Coffee, Water
Lunch
- Food Court – Chinese Noodles, Vegetables, Blackened Chicken and Lemon Chicken
Dinner
- The Basement (after Council) – Ultimate Rueben, Tator Tots, 4x Miller Lite, Jack Daniels
Snack
- Cold Pizza
Carbs galore, eating late, not in any sort of fasting window, etc. What can I expect?
Plans are in place… Friday is the day. It’s go time.
