This is going to be short and sweet, with more to come over the coming days and weeks. I’ve done a TON of research and I think I really need to go EXTREME to see any measured success. After all, I’ve got some extreme weight loss to achieve.
As I sit here typing this at 12:15 at night I’m just finishing up day 2 of my carnivore diet experiment. With the exception of one small piece of pizza (which was a terrible idea) I’ve been nearly 100% carb free for the past two days. Steak, chicken thighs, eggs. This, I believe, is my path to success. Obviously cheating pizza isn’t part of the plan but these two days have show me something… I can do this.
I have to do this.
