Scale was much better this morning at 233. I’m REALLY hoping (excited) to crack that 230 barrier this week. It’d be pretty damn cool. I do have to say that I’m making progress. I’m wearing a pair of slacks today that I’ve not worn in probably six months. I’m using a belt loop that hasn’t been seen in quite a while either. The pants are on the tight side, but dammit I’m fitting in them when a while back I couldn’t have.
Looking back at previous posts, I back on September 14th, 2015 I weighed in at 245.5. That puts me at a 12.5 pound loss. That’s nothing to shake a stick at. 12.5 pounds in 5 months. That’s 25 pounds in 10 months. If I look at my day to day progress it’s honestly been pretty frustrating. But when I take a step back and look at that… well, not too shabby.
