Well, I was 231 on Thursday morning. Got onto the scale this morning after Super Bowl weekend and saw a shitty number. I can’t say I’m surprised based on the way I ate and drank this weekend. That said, I’m back on the good bandwagon today and hoping to shed some “water weight” (IE beer weight) rather quickly. The 230 barrier is proving tough to crack but I really feel like I’m within striking distance. If I can manage to string two good weeks together I’m there.
