Behind The Bar For December 2015

The Behind The Bar series will be used to keep tracking of my drinking throughout the month. This post will be updated during the month of December 2015 as I have a night out or a cocktail at home.

1. Chili’s Grill & Bar (Macedonia) – 12.4.2015
   12 Dogs of Christmas Ale
   The boys got to go to Fun N’ Stuff for a party put on by the Cub Scouts for their success in selling popcorn for a fund raiser. Before that we went to Chili’s for dinner. As always the Wife and I split fajitas and I limited myself to one beer.
2. Home Sweet Home – 12.5.2015
   Southern Tier 2XMAS / Maker’s Mark
   Family movie and pizza night where we watched Return of the Jedi getting ready for The Force Awakens in a couple of weeks.
3. Kalahari Resort / Ivory Coast Lounge – 12.6.2015
   Great Lakes Christmas Ale
   Took the kids up to Kalahari for a Sunday / Monday weekend trip and to play at the water park. Beer with dinner was very much welcome after a long day of water slides.
4. Chicago Deli – 12.12.2015
   Great Lakes Christmas Ale
   Christmas Ale with dinner at the Deli.
5. FirstEnergy Stadium – 12.13.2015
   312 Urban Wheat Ale x 2
   Took the boys to their first ever Browns game and we got to see a rare WIN!
6. Home – 12.14.2015
   2XMAS
   Using up a couple of final vacation days for 2015.
7. The Corner Alley – 12.18.2015
   Great Lakes Christmas Ale / Jack Daniel’s / Shots
   This was a bad night. Had a department Christmas party with an open bar. Didn’t do anything stupid but ended up taking my first ever Uber trip home as it got a little out of hand toward the end of the night.
8. The Rusty Bucket (Solon) – 12.19.2015

   Beer with dinner.
9. Home – 12.22.2015

10. In-Laws – 12.24.2015
    Jack Daniel’s / Red Wine
    Celebrating Christmas Eve after mass at the in-laws.
11. Mom & Dad’s – 12.25.2015
    Perfect Manhattan x 2 / Red Wine
    Merry Christmas!!!
12. Ruby Tuesday – 12.27.2015
    Miller Lite x 2
    Went for a late dinner after a relatively unproductive day that seemed really busy.
13. Danny Boy’s / Home – 12.30.2015
    2XMAS / Great Lake’s Christmas Ale
    Lunch at Danny Boy’s came complete with two Christmas Ales. Beer with dinner to finish the night.
14. CVCC / Annex / Home – 12.31.2015
    Miller Lite / Jack Daniel’s / Prosecco
    Went to lunch at the Annex to interview a filmmaker then went to the club to celebrate New Years. They did their ball drop at 8:30 and we then came and spent the rest of the evening with the boys.
