After the good progress I made yesterday (at least at the time of my writing) I was sort of hoping to crack back into the 230’s this morning. I went to my fantasy football draft at BW3 and against my better judgement had 4 beers and 12 wings. Definitely shouldn’t have had the wings, or at the very least that many, but I’m not going to beat myself up all that bad over it.
Still managed to lose a half a pound and now I’m at 240 flat. I’ll take it.
Going into the latter part of the week and weekend I’m looking forward to good eating and not a ton of drinking. Having the family over on Sunday evening for dinner and will have a few drinks during the WWE pay per view but other than that I don’t see many potential pitfalls.
