Did a lot of soul searching last night. Stopped on the way home to get a couple of burgers and some nuggets. Didn’t eat the bun. Need to stop the nuggets as well to really kick things into gear. Skipped the AM McMuffins today which is huge. That’s going to be my #1 trigger as I drive in to work.
The other thing that I’ve implemented is not eating past 9:00 PM – just started this last night but I think this is going to be a big help as well. So, between not snacking at night and not eating bad in the AM I’m starting to make the changes necessary to be successful. Because of that, even though I’m up a pound this AM I’m feeling more confident than I have in a while.
