I woke up today feeling good about myself. After my 2 McMuffins yesterday morning I went completely carb free for the rest of the day and even skipped home made chocolate chip cookies at dinner. I didn’t do any late night snacking and started the morning today with a few slices of lunch meat and didn’t even look at McDonald’s when I drove past.
The scale wasn’t down much today, just a half pound, but I have to say… that felt good. Not sure why, cause 235 is still WAY far away from my goal. But it was positive reinforcement of my “insane” revolation yesterday.
