Woke up on Sunday to a 235 on the scale. Had intended on writing yesterday but honestly just didn’t get around to it. Went on a long (hard) bike ride with the family and while I didn’t eat terrible yesterday, from a carb perspective it was not good. Saturday night we went to Abuelo’s which always comes with chips & salsa (and one beer).
Sunday I seemed to be going carb crazy with left over pizza, breadsticks and pretzels. Ugh.
Was actually sort of surprised when I got on the scale this AM and it was “only” at 235. Didn’t stop on my way to work for any food and only had a hard-boiled egg so I’m back on the carb cut this week. Hoping to have a solid week.
