So when I got on the scale yesterday morning I weighed in at a whopping 229.0. Uh oh… not good. But honestly I wasn’t all that shocked. Over the weekend we went to a first communion party for Nadia where I drank too much beer and ate too much pizza & pasta. Then on Sunday we went to a Mother’s Day brunch at Wembly followed by dinner at Mom & Dad’s (complete with a couple of beers and a couple of Perfect Manhattans).
Yesterday was a carb-free day with the exception of a couple of sausage McMuffins in the morning. Need to kick it into gear here and march toward 220 rather than 230.
