It’s been forever and a day since I posted here… and a lot has happened in the meantime. I got laid off in December which is never a good thing. I won’t go into it here… suffice to say the circumstances sucked, I’m still owed money, and I’m bitter about it. But I digress.
During my time off (I just started a new 6 month contract), I joined Snap Fitness and really started working on my weight. I’m happy to say that I’ve been down in the low/mid 220′s now for nearly two months! In the last couple of weeks since I started working again, I’ve been slacking on the gym. OK, slacking would be a bit of an understatement… I haven’t gone. However, I’m committed to not letting all that hard work go to waste. I need to find a way to work it back into the routine.
In addition, Amanda had me order the Digest Diet book which apparently is some 21 day crash course thing that starts with 4 days of juice/fasting and then goes into some sort of program which will teach you how to eat stuff that will help you lose weight. Book is supposed to show up in a couple of weeks… we’ll see.
