- cobb salad – (lettuce, black olive, egg, tomato, chicken, bacon)
- diet Pepsi
DINNER:
- turkey & spinach omelet
- water
SNACKS:
- handful of peanuts
- trail mix
WORKOUT:
- 18 holes on the golf course
- walk pushing the boys
Had a good day today. Didn’t have any “bad” snacks and was out of the course getting a workout. Tomorrow’s a new week… totally looking forward to a good week of eating and working out!
