Well, we’re off to a great start. But I’m not fooling myself into thinking that a FIVE pound weight loss is either a) normal or b) reality. This was beer / water / carb weight from a weekend of poor eating shedding away. Hell, I may even get on the scale tomorrow and see an increase. Let’s hope not.
Yesterday was the first time in a long time that I didn’t have a single drink. I also didn’t ‘cheat’ at all. Had blackened chicken and Chinese veggies for lunch, two McDoubles and a McChicken (no bun) for an afternoon snack and a cheeseburger and jalapeno / cheddar sausage for dinner. My dinner WAS a bit late (IE, out of my IF eating window) cause I didn’t get home till past 9 but I drank a bunch of water and went to bed.
That put my eating window at 2:00 PM today which I’m happy to report I was able to wait until. Another ball game to go to this evening but hopefully I can get home and eat prior to 9:00 PM when my window closes. Will most likely stop to get a bun-less burger on the way to the game.
