Well… I’ve made the decision to officially retire the ‘Behind the Bar’ feature here on the site for a couple of reasons:
- I realize that if I’m going to lose any considerable weight I need to change my drinking habits
- I never finish an entire month of tracking
That’s not to say I won’t be mentioning what I do or don’t drink.
Here’s my bottom line… I drink too much beer and I eat too many carbs. I’ve got a buddy that’s having amazing results on low carb / keto. Actually, I’ve got several friends like that, just one that I’ve been noticing on FB recently.
That’s my play… always has been. Just need to get it done.
I know it’s a long shot, but I want to lose 40 lbs by the end of the year. The ONLY way that’s a possibility is through some SERIOUS changes.
