The 30 Day Fast Food Challenge

Back in September (!) I wrote a post that talked about an upcoming challenge I was going to undertake. It’s taken me a few months but it’s time.

30 Days

I posted this on KTC recently:

I’m fat. Probably fatter than ever. I’ve been telling myself I’m going to work on it, but I’ve been kidding myself. 

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results.

That’s exactly what I’ve been doing, especially when it comes to fast food. I’d tell myself “I’ll go keto”. And then stop on the way home and get two double cheeseburgers and chicken sandwich (no bun). While this may ‘technically’ be keto (or low carb) friendly I think we all know this isn’t a way to successful weight loss. 

Quitting one day at a time and posting roll has been hugely successful for me with quitting dip… now it’s time for my weight loss journey. I’m starting with fast food for 30 days. I may extend. I may add other things (beer, booze, who knows). But for now, I’ll start with fast food.
