This is going to be really interesting. Not only can I stick to it (yes I can) but how much weight will I lose? Presumably I’ll lose weight… after all, that’s sort of the point of this challenge.
Other than the fast food I generally eat pretty well. Booze and beer is another story. Might have to tackle that in an upcoming challenge. I’ll re-evaluate after these first 30 days free of fast food.
