Got on the scale this morning and I was only up a half a pound from last Friday. As you’ll see once I update my September Drinking Log here shortly that’s actually a good thing. With four days in a row drinking, coupled with some not great choices, I was for sure that I’d be up at least a couple of pounds. I stopped on the way to work this AM for McDonalds which pisses me off AS I’M DOING IT, but I went carb free for lunch.
I’m so sick of this. I’m so over this. I want to be healthy. I’m feeling lost and helpless. Really hoping that just blogging about it will be the kick in the ass I need to flip the switch.
