I’m 5 days into my fast food quit which is a very good thing. I went out with the guys on Friday night which was a very bad thing. That meant beer and wings. Never a good combination. Speaking of beer.
We had our community block party on Saturday. I was outside all afternoon and must have drank about 12 beers. I was sweating so much (it was like 90 degrees) that I never peed once but the calories were there. We went to the pool yesterday afternoon and took pizza. I only had 2 pieces (and one more for an evening snack).
Back to “clean” eating today with no carbs at lunch. Looking into getting a rowing machine for home after a co-worker simply RAVED about his. One day at a time.
