233.5 – Starting To Make A Little Progress

After a pretty terrible day yesterday I wasn’t quite sure what to expect on the scale this morning. 233.5 wasn’t too bad.  I had a bagel for breakfast, a salad for lunch and then a small plate of veal parmesan for dinner. I’d forgotten we were going out to dinner with the folks before an open house at son #2’s school.  The dinner special was $12.95 for an entre, soup & salad so that was sort of a no-brainer.

I got invited to the Brown’s game on Sunday but I’m not sure I want to go.  Yesterday was shitty on the home front and being gone for an entire day of tailgating on Sunday won’t make things any better.  Not only that, but I’m not sure I want to drink all the beer that I know would accompany that day either. Totally conflicted.

Only 2 more beers on the Winking Lizard World Tour and I’ll be able to put that behind me. Definitely won’t be doing it again in 2015.  Perhaps an every two year tradition is in order seeing as I did it in 2012 and took 2013 off.
