This post will keep track of workout dates, distances, etc. for the month of October 2013.
- 1,000 (?) yards in the pool at the Fitness Center. Had a TON of people there to swim and only one lane open. Not a great workout at all.
- Went for a walk on the golf course with the family tonight. Beautiful evening and probably one of our last “strolls” for the year as it’s getting darker / colder. MapMyRun didn’t accurately track my walk, but I’m guessing 2 miles.
- Went to the Metroparks and walked down to Squaw Rock. Only walked about a mile or so, but that includes a ton of up and down through the woods. Counted the steps coming back up and I came up with 127. Doesn’t sound like much, but even the boys were huffing and puffing toward the top.
