The Reclamation Has Begun

I went back to the pool this past week and it… was… brutal.

On Wednesday I got back into the water to work out for the first time in a LONG time.  I managed 700 yards.  On Friday evening I got back in and did 1,000 yards.  I’m planning on going 3 days a week.

I’ve been doing MUCH better from a fast food perspective.  The goal is to get back to the 2-teens by the end of the year.  Taking it day by day.

Weight this AM = 232.
