It’s been some time since I’ve posted anything here. But that’s certainly not because I’ve given up. In fact, I’ve been doing quite well on the weight loss front. About 3 months back I started doing Weight Watchers and I’ve been very successful! I’ve lost (and kept off) nearly 15 pounds. When I started I was 238.5 and today I’m down to 225.5. And that’s UP a bit. I was actually down below 220 for a few days and I’ve crept back up to 225. I’m recommitting myself with this post today to get back on the right track and toward my goal of 200. I’m still quite a ways away but I know that I can do it.
