I started posting on this blog about my weight loss to keep myself accountable. That’s not to suggest that anyone is reading this drivel, but just as accountability is key to success when quitting dip, I strongly believe that it will work for me here as well.
The last couple of days I haven’t been eating all that great, but I’m still putting up “decent” numbers. This naturally leads me down the path of questioning my plan, what I can and cannot eat, etc. I will say that I’ve cut WAY back on the junk food (specifically fries/burgers) over the last couple of weeks.
Tomorrow should be an interesting weigh in… didn’t eat all that great today, and had a couple of drinks this evening at a networking event. We’ll see!
