274.5 – Return To Rock Bottom

Back in August of 2019, nearly five years ago, I wrote a post called Rock Bottom – I Think I’m There. This morning when I woke up, the day after a weekend of eating and drinking during WrestleMania 40 festivities, I saw the highest number I’ve ever seen on a scale – 274.5. To say it was disheartening is an understatement. And to look back on how I was feeling nearly five years ago and to see just how little has changed… it a dagger.
