This is potentially going to be a very difficult weekend. I was 232 on Friday morning and after a veal parmesan and a couple of drinks last night I’m up to 233 this morning.
Had a bagel this morning and a salad / half sandwich for lunch at Panera. Tonight we’re headed to a neighborhood clam bake which will be accompanied with beer. Tomorrow we’re headed to a baby gender reveal party at my brother’s which will be accompanied by MORE beer / whiskey.
I started this re-commital less than a month ago at 237 but I sit here today down only 4 lbs. While that’s better than being up, its not nearly as good as I’d hoped and I don’t feel like I’m making much progress. Need to really kick things into gear if I’m going to make my goal of 220 by December.
