Had I written this post yesterday it would have had a drastically different tone. When I got on the scale yesterday morning I was 233.0. I went through the day yesterday with a great sense of optimism. And then I made bad choices.
- 3 sausage McMuffins for breakfast
- burger, fries for “snack” after work
- 3 tacos for dinner
Oh yeah… then I had a couple of beers when I got home. So while, I’m still down half a pound since the last time I wrote here, I can’t help but be pissed off at myself.
