Thursday – 8/21/08 – Is Summer Over Already?!?!?
Was tired as hell this AM. Had to be at work for a 7:30 AM meeting which wouldn’t have been so bad except for the fact that the Indians have a 12:05 PM game today and the parking was a bitch… irritating. We had planned on going to the Lake Erie Captains game tonight but I don’t think we’re going to do that, so I may just have a chance to get a bike ride or a workout in tonight. At the very least I imagine we’ll go for a walk with the boys before bed.
BREAKFAST:
- none
LUNCH:
- steak salad from Charlies (lettuce, yellow peppers, onion, steak, tomato, mushrooms, cucumber, black olives, carrots, mayo)
- fountain diet Pepsi
Note to self: do not get onions on this salad anymore — WAY too many.
DINNER:
- baked fish topped with almonds
- rice with carrots, peas
Amanda made a great dinner last night. She absolutely amazes me that she’s able to make dinner with the boys going crazy all day – Rock and roll.
SNACKS:
- coffee x 1
- almonds
- diet Pepsi x2
- handful of peanuts
WORKOUT:
- took Grayson for a walk last night.
Wasn’t able to work out today but I also didn’t go to the Captain’s game which would have equaled beer and probably eating bad. Had a few carbs with the rice at dinner but overall a great day with minimal snacking.
Stomach REALLY bothered me in the evening/night. Not sure if it was the fish or I’ve got a bit of a bug. Looking forward to weigh-in day tomorrow.
